Rockville celebrates Earth Day the entire month of April by hosting stream cleanups, environmental workshops, and environmental recreation events that are fun for all ages. There are lots of simple 'green' actions you can do at home or in the community. For instance, attend the City's Spring Festival and Native Plant Sale at Croydon Creek Nature Center on April 26th, participate in a free Rain Barrel Workshop at Twinbrook Community Center on June 7th, save energy at home and work whenever you can, or recycle as much as possible.
